CDM Co-ordinator

Cathedral Safety Services are competent and fully experienced in CDM Co-ordinator duties, which include:

• The production of pre-tender health and safety plans.

• The assessment of contractor's health and safety documentation such as the construction phase health and safety plan.

• The production of the structure's Health and Safety File, a document that instructs the owner/future owners of a structure of it's components, how it was constructed, risks involved in the maintenance and cleaning of the structure, its fabric and services as well as a great deal more necessary information.

Our team has a great deal of previous experience in project management, construction management and design management.

This enables us to organise our resources for maximum efficiency when undertaking CDM Co-ordinator on a diverse range of projects in both working environments and "green field" sites.

The team can boast a wide portfolio of projects in alteration, refurbishment maintenance, new build and demolition ranging in complexity and value.

Please contact Cathedral Safety Services for further information about CDM Co-ordinator duties.
